Short story by Asimov. Published in 1961. Available online.
Length[]
5.9 standard pages long, I think[1].
First read[]
Format[]
Part of my first read of Nightfall and other Stories. 5 pages, 41 lines per page. 2070 words and 11392 characters[2]. That makes an average of 5.5 characters per word, 414 words per page, 10.1 words per line. 6 'standard' pages (350 5.5-character words per page).
Journal[]
Only wrote and rated the compilation as a whole.
Second read (August 26th 2013)[]
Format[]
Online, on my computer.
Journal[]
Something linked to it in a discussion at r/HPMOR on the 25th of August 2013 and I thought it was a story I hadn't read yet. On looking it up here I realised I had, but I read it anyway and didn't remember any of it. Weird, really, cute I guess but not that compelling.
